‘Company’,’we’,’our’,’Easorts’ ‘sKedulars’ used hereafter refer to Easorts Solutions Private Limited and the terms ‘you’ ‘user ‘and ‘users’ refer to the person who is availing our services.
The terms and conditions and some other policies which we have defined below is a purely legal agreement between user and Easorts. Users are required to go through these terms and conditions carefully and accept them before using the services. After accepting these terms and clicking on I Agree, you will be bound to these conditions. Also we have the full right to update these terms and conditions and other policies. So it is the responsibility of the user to read all the terms and conditions from time to time for any changes
Terms and conditions:
- User must be at least ‘eighteen’ years of age to use our services. If the user is below ’18 years of age’, he /she can use the services under the guidance of their parents/guardians and must be registered by their parent’s/guardian’s mobile number.
- Our rider will count and weigh the clothes in front of you at the time of pick up. Also he/she will check all the pockets of clothes given for service. It is customer responsibility to match the count carefully. No claims will be entertained after the pickup.
- It is your responsibility to check the count at the time of drop-off. If there will be some mismatch in the count, our rider will do the proper action immediately coordinating with our team. No count claim will be entertained after that.
- We can’t assume any responsibility for shrinkage or damage of cloth due to fabric issues. If you have any idea about color bleeding of any particular cloth or any other issue, this is totally your responsibility to convey the information to us.
- In case of any mishappening like loss by fire or any other, we will provide the compensation. The claim will not exceed 15 times the cost of servicing that cloth. It can be maximum up to Rs. 2000.
- If you give authority to some other person to pick up and delivery, we will not be responsible for the count mismatch or any weighing issues.
- Our team has full right to deny any cloth to process.
- We deliver your clothes in the committed time. But in some circumstances like machine breakdown, electricity breakdown, any medical issue with rider or rider unavailability, our team has full right to change the slot.
- We do our best to remove every stain on the clothes but some stains are very old and hard. So we don’t any guarantee to remove the stains 100%.
- In case of any quality related issues with washing and ironing, we will reprocess the cloth with ZERO charges. But that claim has to be reported within 5 days of service.
- In any type of claim asked, User have to produce the invoice copy to us and the decision of the claim given/rejected will remains purely on our company.
- Prepaid packages balance is not refundable. Also, once you take any package, it can be cancelled and amount is nonrefundable.
- We do the processes carefully but we are not responsible to any harm to the ornaments, any fancy material, embroidery on the garments.
