1. The user is free to Cancel the order any time after the order is assigned but before the process commences from our side.
2. Once we receive your cancellation, a refund is initiated to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account.
3. Refund may take 4-7 working days to proceed.
4. Alternatively, the users can Re-schedule the slot as per their convenience.
