At sKedulars, we value our customers’ time and convenience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent, flexible, and easy to understand.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Customers are free to cancel their laundry order at any time after the order is placed and assigned, but before the cleaning process begins from our side. Once the service process has started, cancellation may not be possible.

  2. Refund Process
    After we receive and confirm your cancellation request, the refund will be initiated.

  • For pre-paid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • In certain cases, refunds may also be processed directly to the customer’s bank account, depending on the payment mode used.

  1. Refund Timeline
    Refunds usually take 4–7 working days to reflect in your account. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

  2. Rescheduling Option
    If you do not wish to cancel your order, you can easily reschedule the pickup or delivery slot as per your convenience through the sKedulars app or customer support. This option allows you to continue your service without any hassle.

    For any questions related to cancellation, refunds, or rescheduling, our support team is always available to assist you and ensure a smooth experience.
